Jeder Käufer hat ein Anrecht darauf, seine erhaltenen Artikel (Ausnahme: limitierte Produkte & Gutscheine) innerhalb von 14 Tagen(Stichtag: Erhalt der Ware) an xpwear zu retournieren.Explizit davon ausgenommen sind als Outlet-Ware deklarierte Artikel.
Für Retouren und Umtausch müssen die Artikel in hygienisch einwandfreiem Zustand (ungetragen) zurückgeschickt werden, ansonsten verfällt der Anspruch auf Umtausch oder Rückgabe.
Bei Retouren werden dem Käufer die von xpwear angefallenen Versandkosten in Rechnung gestellt oder vom Rückerstattungsbetrag abgezogen (auch im Falle von gratis Versand der Bestellung).
Die Rücksendekosten müssen von Käufer selber getragen werden.
Jegliche Umtäusche oder Rücksendungen müssen, für die korrekte Abwicklung deines Anliegens, zuerst mit unserem Service via service@xpwear.com oder www.xpwear.com/service kommuniziert werden.
