HOW DOES PACKAGE TRACKING WORK?
You can track your package at any time with package tracking. Your tracking number and link to it will be emailed to you on the day of shipment. This allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
The tracking number only becomes active once your parcel has been scanned by the parcel service. So if it's not active yet, please be patient.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO NOTE SO THAT THE DELIVERY GOES SMOOTHLY?
To ensure a smooth and fast delivery, we ask you to consider the following points:
- The delivery address must be complete.
- Enter a delivery address where someone will be on site to receive the package.
- Track your package! This way you can see when your package is expected to be delivered. You will also be informed if there are any delivery problems.
I JUST ORDERED SOMETHING FROM XPWEAR. WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE ORDER TO ARRIVE?
As a rule, the delivery time for orders is 5 to 10 working days (applies to orders from Switzerland). This means that if you order on a Friday or before a public holiday, there may be a slight delay. We also have no control over what happens after the package is handed over to the post office. For various reasons or because of problems at the post office, it can happen that orders arrive a few days late. However, in most cases they are very reliable and punctual.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I NEED A PRODUCT FASTER THAN THE REGULAR SHIPPING TIME?
Please contact us directly at email@example.com and submit your request. We cannot guarantee everything, but it is usually possible to fulfill your wish.
WHERE AND FROM WHAT ARE XPWEAR PRODUCTS MADE?
Where our products are made and what materials are used varies from product to product. In the product information table you will find an overview of the current production locations and the materials used.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
Under each product you will find a size table that will help you to find your optimal size.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY CLOTHES?
- Turn the clothes inside out before washing them in the machine and wash them with clothes of the same color at 30℃ or less.
- Use detergent
- Do not wring out excess water
- Air dry (high temperatures can reduce the performance of your XP-Wear clothing and contribute to static electricity)
- Do not use bleach, dryer sheets, or fabric softener
- Do not dry clean
- If necessary, only low temperature ironing to avoid damage to logos and material

Yes! Sustainable resources, careful selection of suppliers and no unusable or unnecessary items are very important to us.
I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL. ARE THERE OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay with Paypal, credit card, Apple & Google Pay. In Switzerland we also offer TWINT as a payment method.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check first that you have entered your correct email address. The order confirmation is always sent to the e-mail address that you specified when placing your order or that you used to log into your customer account. If the e-mail address is correct, please check whether the order confirmation may have ended up in your spam filter. If you still cannot find your order confirmation there, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I WANT TO REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I DO THIS?
If you are ordering on your computer or laptop, after entering your address, a field labeled "Gift card or discount code" will appear, in which you can type your discount code. When ordering via mobile phone, also click on "Show order overview" after the address data to enter the discount code.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are all human and mistakes happen. But of course we will exchange the wrong product immediately and apologize for the mistake. Please contact us directly via Services and explain your request.
THE PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT MY SIZE OR I DON'T LIKE THE COLOR. CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?
Yes you can. You have the right to exchange any product(s) within 14 days of placing your order by returning the product(s) received to us and we will send you the product(s) you want. e) resend. Please note, however, that the entire shipping costs must be borne by you. Please contact us directly via Services and explain your request.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED HAS SOME DEFECTS OR IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We check all products before dispatch, if we have missed something, we are of course happy to help solve the problem. Please notify our customer service immediately via Services , preferably with a photo of the damaged product. Your damaged product will be replaced immediately and free of charge.
I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED, CAN I RETURN IT?
Even if we regret that you do not like your product, you have the right to return the products to us within 14 days. Please contact us directly via Services and explain your request.
