With flatlock seams, two pieces of fabric are placed next to each other and the cut edges are sewn directly together – this creates almost no seam. In addition to the good look, the flatlock seam is also more stable and makes sure the shirts keeps it’s shape.
An interlock weave was deliberately chosen because of its particularly high robustness and dimensional stability. It’s more durable than the single jersey knitted in one needle row.

Our fibers naturally control moisture transport and thus improve the wearing properties. Consisting of the natural raw material eucalyptus, the microscopic fibrils of the cellulose fibers are structured in such a way that they regulate moisture absorption and release.
The smooth fiber surface of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers absorbs moisture more efficiently than cotton. This supports the body's natural thermo-regulation and gives the skin a cool and dry feeling day and night.
Compared to polyester and synthetic fibers, there is less moisture on the fiber surface for bacteria to grow. Consequently, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers do not provide an ideal environment for bacterial growth and offer better hygienic properties.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are naturally gentle and provide lasting comfort. Under the electron microscope, the fabric has a smooth surface that gives a soft feel and guarantees comfort for sensitive skin.
Due to the highest strength of all cellulose fibers, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are comparatively more durable and of long-lasting quality in the areas of softness and color fastness.
Fabrics made of Lyocell feel soft, provide a smooth drape and create a flattering look.
